I have known Mindae would be my maid of honor since elementary school. There is no denying a best friend when you find one! She has been like a sister to me and I am lucky to have the most honest, creative and supportive friend help me plan my special day.

When Kurt told me I had to meet the blond version of me, I thought this is either too good to be true or a recipe for disaster! I fortunately met the most fun loving and loyal friend out there. My brother, my best man. Growing up only 21 months apart Karl’s and my friendship, competitiveness, love, and respect for each other has grown with the years. It is through Karl, that I was introduced to Sarah and forever will be thankful. Karl has an infectious personality and an inclusive loyalty which I admire, and is why he is seasoned groomsmen and best man. You are my best friend and I appreciate you always being there for me.

Mac is a great and close friend from the University of Washington. Mac’s discipline yet super easy going and fun attitude have been a great influence on me. Hard to believe as he becomes a father, that it is almost 12 yrs since those wild and great college days began. I was honored to serve as a groomsman in his wedding and I am looking forward to having him make the trip from Germany to be here this summer.

Dan, is my academia friend, not only a great athlete but a Ph.D in Geology; what do you expect from your high school class Valedictorian. I live through Dan’s free spirited life as travels the globe. Frank is another great friend, old roommate, fellow athlete, and economics grad from the University of Washington. Frank is a laid back easy going guy with a strong moral character and principles. I sweated it out in 100 degree heat as a groomsmen in in his wedding and I am hoping it is slightly cooler at our summer wedding.
